Payment for metar.cloud subscriptions is processed through FastSpring. By subscribing to metar.cloud, you agree to FastSpring's terms and privacy policy. metar.cloud does not store any payment information provided during the checkout process.

Subscriptions

metar.cloud offers monthly subscription plans (Silver and Gold). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any related taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Refunds

Users have the right to request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Other cases will be considered individually.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
